Think of the amount of information that can be communicated at the blink of an eye at quantum speed. Information can now be sent at such high rates of speed that people across the world can access it in a split second. With one touch of a button, information flows though the funnel of containment. As with any basic example, if there is no form of containment, there is unrestricted flow. All else being equal, the instrument that restricts the flow of information must be adequate enough to fulfill the desired end goal of the source of it. How do we validate that the instrument is able to satisfy the need to contain it? The key to everything is clarity.
